東芝機械參加2010台灣奈米科技展 (10/7(四)~10/9(六)) |

日本東芝機械株式會社-奈米加工系統事業部參加2010台灣奈米科技展，
預計展出東芝新開發且已達量產階段的高輝度LED用NanoImprint裝置、
最近受到注目的Wafer Level Lens Array的成形搭配以及超精密加工裝置群的圖示解說及樣品展示。
提供客戶『從超精密到超大型』NO.1的生產製造方式，
集結東芝本身所擁有的鑄器素材、精密加工、射出成形加工、押出成形加工、控制裝置…等模具技術，開發出最新型的NanoImprint裝置群，
解決客戶所關心的Mold、材料、離型材、測量、檢查…等問題為努力方向，
展開『NanoImprint Process Integration』。

TOSHIBA MACHINE CO., LTD. will join the 2010 Taiwan Nano Exhibition.
At the Exhibition, we are planning panel and sample exhibition of the newly developed nanoimprint equipment for high-brightness LED with the expected mass production, of the measure for fabrication of the wafer level lens array which attracts attention recently, and of ultra-high precision machine tools.
TOSHIBA MACHINE is now developed the newest nanoimprint machine group which concentrated our core technology, such as cast material, high-precision machining, injection molding processing, extrusion molding processing, and control device technology, and developing "Nanoimprint Process Integration" towards problem solution of Mold, Material, Mold-lubricant, Measurement, Inspection, etc.
